Construction was completed in 2015. The apartments better known as Stewarts Lodge, SW8 was done for the award-winning developer Henley Homes. The flat block epitomises urban contemporary living, without compromise on practicality or comfort. Stewarts Lodge as a final building within the urban grain has now proofed its commitment to the regeneration of the urban environment by creating a high quality, innovative and sustainable development where advanced construction methods and materials where used. Where once stood a derelict brownﬁeld site in the heart of London we have designed a new contemporary development in keeping with the local historic urban grain and aesthetics of London.
Stewarts Lodge is situated in the Nine Elms Regeneration area which borders the River Thames in South West London.
